Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free domestic first class shipping in the United States on all orders. Upgrading to priority shipping is available at checkout. International shipping is available for a flat rate of $20. All listed prices are in USD.

Bespoke Bridal is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, delayed, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please confirm that your address is correct when placing your order.

Processing times

Our pieces are made to order and ship from 3-5 business days (including hair pins, hair combs, and scrunchies) up to a 15-20 business days (veils, crowns, and sashes). The processing time for custom orders varies and will be communicated to the client on a per order basis. We assume no responsibility for shipping carrier delays.

For individual processing times, see item description. Rush service is always an option; contact us to set up your rush order.

Orders received after 12pm PST/PDT will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm PST/PDT on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Our studio observes most major national holidays.

You are always welcome to use our contact form to check on the status of your order. Customer satisfaction means the world to us and we will never leave you hanging.

All orders are shipping from Los Angeles, California.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bespoke is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

Online shopping can be tricky, so returns are easy. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

To initiate your return, contact us with your request and we will be happy to assist you.

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for domestic orders. We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. When shipping your return, please include your order receipt so that we can identify your order.

Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment at the original selling price. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5 business days for your refund to post to your account.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges. Please contact us to initiate your exchange using our contact form. We will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

Exchange for a Different Item

Items may be exchanged for any other items up to the purchase value of the returned items. Any additional amount owing beyond the value of the returned items must be paid by the customer. Please use our contact form to send us your request. To ensure fast service, please include your order number in your email.

Exchange for a WRONG or Damaged Item

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Items damaged in transit and wrong items are eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us for assistance. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

Conditions of return

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept liability for carrier losses or damage of returned goods.
